Major ivtc problem....plx help !

hey ive encountered a strange problem... im trying to IVTC cannibal holocaust.. the source is NTSC 30fps...and i know that very few movies out there that are captured in NTSC...most are captured in Film (progressive) 24fps and then converted. On a Pure NTSC source 5 out of 5 frames are interlaced...so no inverse telecine can be done... Well, now to the problem...on a pattern of 5 frames... There are 2 frames who has the normal Interlace profile, 1 is a Non interlaced frame(good one)...and then there are 2 frames that has some strange artifact like interlace.. i tried tmpgenc and havent found any solutions.... tried some different settings in decomb but without succes, now..im not very used to working with decomb...since ive always performed ivtc with tmpgenc and recieved excellent result...i do the ivtc the manual way...the auto sucks.. Any Ideas, suggestions and Help is welcome :)

Probably you have the dreaded blended fields. But to be sure, post an URL where we can download a source clip. If it is blended fields the Decomb help file tells you your options.
