Title pretty much says it all but I've ripped loads of DVDs - am now doing them to DVD-R by downsampling movie and inserting back in with orignal menus/extras Every Warner film I've done always has the pretty blue sky with the warner symbol followed by the other warner trademark - the factory fly-by with the 3D logo and "As time goes by" piano solo. Every time, no matter what the film, I get the 1st part (Blue Sky) OK but the 2nd bit always gets cut of halfway thru and jumps to main menu - why does this happen? PS After downsizing movie I use IFOUpdate to correct chapter points and then GetVTSSectors. what am I doing wrong? Thanks.

OK I figured it out - the intro is only suppoesed to be the first logo and not include the 2nd - the end sector for this chapter was set incorrrectly in the IFO - (VTS_PGCITI > VTS_PGC_[title number] > Last Sector) Successfully altered this to the right ending point and the resulting VOBs/IFOs played fine on PowerDVD but caused the standalone to freeze. In the end just had to use "Delete playback" on it and get rid of it all together.
