HD2, 02R96 & USB Extenders

Hi All, I am looking at building a system that has the G4 mounted in a machine room with the 02R96 (as a control surface) in the control room. I will be running the dual VGA monitors & USB down a Gefen extender (150' cable run) and am not sure if I will encounter any problems with the 02R96. Is anyone out there is this type of config?
