you have a problem here my friend :( you can either burn it with 90 or 99 minute cd's... if this is not possible you can split that file into 2 different files if you don't want to recode, or recode if you would prefer to keep it on 2 discs..i would definitely try to get my hands on some 90 or 99 minute cd's tho.. btw, how come you didn't end up with bin/cue files? did you use CCE or TMPGEnc to frameserve?

In this case whether it's a Cue/Bin file or the initial mpg it will be too big to burn on less then a 90 minute disc. You will either have to cut the last few mb's to get it lower or you will have to re-encode the video at a lower bitrate to force a smaller mpg file. Mark

Burn it anyway on 700MB 

It happened to me before and I burnt it to a 700MB anyway. I got an error message in the end, half of the final movie credits were missing but my standalone still played the disc correctly. COnsidering the size you mention and if it is the last disc of your movie set, you probably won't miss a lot by burning to a 700MB and ignoring the error message at the end. Just give it a try on a CD-RW so you can see what part of the movie you miss. My guess is it should be ok provided you're not the kind of guy who wants to read every single information in the end credits. ;) If you are that kind of guy, well, Markrb already explained what to do. waldok, I try to burn it on 700MB disk I get an error message that the file is too large and I do not get burning option. I am using Nero express. markrb, where do I buy 90 or 99 minute disc. All the disk I have found are usually 80 or less. hoozdapimp,how I can split that file into 2 different files (I do not want to recode ). I used TMPGEnc. sasquatch40, I don't know any thing about bin/cue files, I just copy the bbMPEG00 and bbMPEG01 ( one on each disk ) using nero express.
