Save project as... convert + trim separate (DONE)

I would like the 'convert' and 'trim' options to be separate in the save as dialog. Like, when I want to trim files without converting, or when I want to convert without trimming (especially this one) thanks :)

Yeah, it'd be good to be able to convert and not trim the media, if so desired. :) +1
