Yes. I have one and it works great. Only one AA battery needed. Has not gone dead yet, going on two months.

It works great but one thing that freaked me out. The other sound designer that works in room probably 40 feet away also has a wireless Kensington. One day my mouse started moving around by itself, clicking across the screen and moving regions around. I thought it was possessed but figured out the receiver was getting a single from the room next door. I had to strategically place the receiver to block his signal, but it still does it every now and then.
