PB G3 400/Magma/Pt 5.1.1 -6042 errors

I have a Ti/magma setup and everything is fine. I was never able to use a vintage farm in the chassis. Much weirdness. Give up on scsi. Oxford 911 firewire delivers 64 tracks at 24 bits. hope this helps

Hi Ed, I get exactly the same problem with just the Mix card installed. I had a very brief chat to Magma on Friday and he said for me to check the revision number of my Mix core card. Was there a revision update for the Mix core cards ? As soon as I play any audio ( even 1 track ) my PCI performance meter goes to 3/4 full and then after about 1 1/2 mins it goes into the red and then I get the -6042 error. Whether I play back audio from my internal Powerbook drive or from the OWC Firewire drive the problem is exactly the same. Thanks.
