Virtualdub AVIsynth NTFS problem?

ok about 1 min after posting this tread i thought last thing i will try is NO deinterlace at all . maybe i should of tried this first:o but i can see it working now its on 1% !!! still i wouldnt mind being able to back up this dvd even if i have found one problem out LOL now any ideas how to fix the fast deinterlace issue? i have installed the patch 26.1 (read above) but it hasnt worked?

whoops , well i left it encoding last night , got up this morning and deleted the whole folder :o containing all the vobs avs d2v and avi. then read this post again ! As the video i was encoding was interlaced (with no deinterlace,...dont ask i was just happy virtualdub opened :D) the final avi was mess of corse, but there was also synch issues!!!
