For example: Other software (iTunes, Peak etc.) won't play thru HD hardware until Core Audio is supported -is the same true about Reason? Live? Everything?? No cardbus PCI support (so no MAGMA chassis for Powerbooks)

Hello, Yes, Core Audio drives will be required for any third party OS X application to use Digi HW. The Core Audio drives will be released shortly. Mike

Even though Digi does not support it. My Powerbook 667/DVI works great with a Magma chassis and and HD 2 system with OX 10.2 & PT 6.

GREAT NEWS! Is it the 2 or the 4 slot Magma? I really thought I had to wait until they had "worked with Apple to resolve the issue." This means I gan get started...
