PT 6 not seeing Control 24?

Thanks, I swaped my control 24 to the crossover port on the hub, which didn't see it when I did this, and it is still not seeing it. The ethernet port says "en0" is this normal? and is enabling ok. Do you have to do things dirrerent in 6? 5.1.1 was easy.

Well, I took the hub out of the loop and tried the supplied cross over cable and still nothing. Has there been a firmware update latley that I don't know about? Thanx.

OK, Cool. Got the firmware update then. No only showint the one ethernet port. Just tried a reinstall, that didn't help either.

Have you tried simply power cycling the C24? When I first installed PT6 it wouldn't see the control surface. I tried everything. Wouldn't you know, power cycling finally fixed it. -Eric
