aiff to mp3

just triing to convert a aiff file into a mp3 file.i have toast 5 titanium.wondering if i can convert the files with toast ??? thanks

I belive you can, but you can convert them in iTunes.

A lot of music apps will do this. I prefer to use QT 5 pro ($30 upgrade). It's simple, has lots of adjustable settings. Andy

Yoe could also try the mp3 option from within protools. A lot of settings there too, and you can make that mp3 right from within protools. You can even order it on-line here. Be sure to pick the right one: there's a difference for protools 5.0/5.01/Free and 5.1. They sell it for $19.95 and you can get it on-line. It also gives you mp3-import from within protools too Bastiaan

Oops, forgot to tell you....if you never use this feature....you have a free(i think 30 day) trial. Go to the bounce to disk menu and choose mp3-export instead of aiff... Bastiaan
