Explain where to put Themes for them to work.

Ok im a fairly advanced reaper user but i just did a new os install and when i move my backed up themes back into the reaper folder they arent showing up in the themes menu when i open reaper. Basically i just want someone to tell me the steps once ive downloaded themes to get them to work. Ive never had this problem before but i cant remember what i must have been doing before for them to work. it should be dead easy but everything ive tried insnt working, its a little embaressing honestly. im on: XP reaper 3.62 thanks!

The folder ColorThemes has been moved from Reaper install folder to the application data folder a few versions ago. You can ask Reaper to open that folder in an explorer window so you don't need to search it. Options menu: Show Reaper resource path in explorer/finder.
