Help with dvdmaestro subpictures

Hi How do I rip the subpictures for the menus? I have tried with subrip,but everytime I add them over my menu the subpicture buttons a too big.Someone knows how to do it? I have used this guide but dont know how to do the right thing with the subpictures :( Any ideas? thx Van the man

well the option "keep original resolution" is ticked in subrip,and yeah the buttons looks stretched out. Anyone know whats wrong? :confused: Van the man
