DV to DVD-R Help

Hello, Can anyone point me to forums that are dedicated to capturing DV, editing it and burning it to DVD-R? Searching for 'DV' is too small a term. If I should search differently, please let me know. I have a Panasonic DV Camcorder and I can get the DV to hard drive via Adobe Premiere. What next? Thanks as always, KeithXP

Thanks SquareEyes, I read a couple of posts that mention that video quality sucks from DV to DVD-R. Is this because of the conversions to .avi then mpeg2, etc. etc. or just the coverters used? I'm assuming using CCE, I don't have to worry about quality. KeithXP
