DAW software lacks innovation

Try Tracktion 3. Works well on my system with UAD-2 (& 2 UAD-1) no issues (like Reaper). Pretty fast and fun. I don't believe Tracktion has failed, just not as many users as the traditional software. Reaper, to me, is a more traditional piece of software that really combines the best of many different DAWs. All the routing options are a big bonus. Live 7 is another brilliant piece of software. To me, all these options are used for different "moods". I work / create differently with Live or Logic 8 than with Reaper.
