Can't get a perfect burn yet

glad it seems to be working, the problem with early generation dvd recorders is that they have a small buffer and don't tend to have buffer underun technology so unless your system load is kept as low as possible then its coaster time. it may also be the type of disks that your using, i had a hp cdrw that was very fussy with the type of media it was given. i've also found that certain software will write to cheap media but others won't. don't know the reason for this but by my experience it happens. good luck, dick
